STEP 3

Hands-on, 1-on-1 care

Every session is conducted directly with Dr. Crowe — no aides, no hand-off, no shortcuts.

STEP 4

Return to full function

Sport-specific, work-specific, or daily-life milestones built into every phase of your program.

ANkle Pain Treatment can include

Manual therapy

Hands-on joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques restore ankle and foot mobility, reduce pain, and prepare the joint for progressive loading — especially valuable after immobilization or surgery.

Therapeutic exercise & tendon loading

Evidence-based progressions, including eccentric and heavy slow resistance loading for tendon conditions, systematically rebuild calf, peroneal, and intrinsic foot strength. Load is advanced carefully based on tissue healing stages and your functional response.

Balance & proprioceptive training

Ankle injuries frequently impair the joint's sense of position, which drives re-injury risk. Single-leg balance progressions, perturbation training, and sport-specific drills restore confidence and stability for a safe return to activity.
